My “Why”
I am a life-long learner who is passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others. My first experience working with energy was via the practice of Feng Shui, when I realized I could actually feel energetic sensations within a space. Further exploration of this ability has taken me down a winding and multi-faceted path, and now, over thirty years later, I offer a broad array of services to help others awaken to their body’s own innate wisdom so they can create and sustain a true zest for life – a feeling of aliveness and energy that lies at the very heart of true wellness.
My Values
My value system leans heavily on self-care as an integral component of true wellness. I want others to feel empowered to participate in their own well-being, which is why the people I work with aren't just clients - they're partners in their own health. Together, we create a customized plan to help each individual achieve robust wellness, whatever that looks like for them. This work is important to me because I believe clearing and balancing the body's energy is the first step to awakening to one's own healing.
